A bi-annual forum on electronic media in society is inviting media professionals from around the world. The event will be held in Mexico City from November 11 to 13.

The forum, the World Electronic Media Forum (WEMF), started in Geneva in 2003. It is being held by Organizacion de Telecomunicaciones Iberoamericanas (OTI).
