The International Institute for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) will hold their third global online course in ICT journalism from April 20 to June 20. All interested are welcome to apply. Registration deadline: March 20. Among the topics to be covered in the course: ICT theory and concept, the impact of ICT on journalism, and how to use ICT.
Mexican journalists and communicators can participate in "PressCamp Mexico," an event that will explore information sharing through the use of Internet and traditional media resources.
Journalism trainers in Brazil are encouraged to register for the online course "Journalism 2.0 for Instructors." Deadline: March 21. The four-week course, being offered by the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas, will be conducted in Portuguese.
This looks like a great opportunity for young journalists, I couldn't be more happier about this kind of events, we need quality talented people online. Article writing is a job with great future, I think that's what makes young journalists so interested in it and another reason would be the field of possibilities, once you're in article writing industry you don't have to search too long for opportunities.
