Journalists invited to workshop on interactive maps in Ecuador

A workshop in Quito, Ecuador on November 26 and 27 will teach journalists how to create interactive maps for the latest news and investigative journalism.

The course is intended for multimedia journalists, newsroom directors and communicators from different print and digital media in Ecuador. The goal is to show participants the potential for interactive maps in new multimedia narratives and providing the necessary techniques to produce a map design, development and publication in newspapers.

The workshop, organized by CIESPAL, will be led by Spanish expert Plácido Moreno.
